Another report of non-consensual testing at FHCSD

Patient Lucia M posted on Yelp reports that FHCSD lost her lab work - likely requiring her to have them done over and possibly a way to double-bill Medi-Cal for their mistake.  Worse she is reporting still another case of non-consensual treatment at this horrible organization.
