An elderly patient expresses outrage and leaves FHCSD because of their vicious "one minute late" policy

FHCSD patient Carol E emotionally appealed in a post on Yeal[ on behalf of herself and those hurt by their vicious "one minute late" policy.   She mentions that she is part of  PACE - s Medicare and Medi-Cal program for the elderly - a population FHCSD has been working aggressively to exploit.  She also expressed frustration at the grief FHCSD has caused her rooommage and announced she would be leaving the program.
