Giving voice to victims of Family Health Centers of San Diego
They refused to provide medical records, a common occurrence there, even though it is required by law. After discussing with management, they finally promised to get those records. Still, they broke that promise as easily as they made it and told him he would have to "start all over again" - a technique often used there to exhaust and demoralize the people who can afford it least, while they rake in money from the government.
To add maximum insult to this outrageous behavior, he then had an appointment canceled for being two minutes late - a policy that can only be described as "evil". Like so many who have tried to use FHCSD for medical care, Adam has concluded, completely rationally, that he must now go to urgent care or the emergency room until he finds a way to escape from this horrible place.
