FHCSD patient outraged: multiple waiting times in single day before appointment was cancelled

Continuing their callous disregard for the time of their own patients- including hardworking parents like Rubi Fernandez and son who reported that the FHCSD Diamond Neighborhoods clinic had delayed appointments three times in a single day before being told to get lost- i.e. that their appointment had been canceled.    Understandably outraged, Fernandez wrote in all caps that this was "NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
