Woman gives the finger to FHCSD.

 A woman going by the screen name "Cecil F" posted a rather graphic message about FHCSD on the Yelp review site for the City Heights facility.   She posted a picture of her hand with the middle finger extended.   The text on the post didn't say much about what happened except "appointments don't mean nothing at this place" so our guess is a canceled appointment - probably after being a few minutes late.
