Patient begging for help at FHCSD: "they were rude and treated me like I was stupid"

More insulting and outrageous behavior by FHCSD staff.  A patient going by the screen name cimone cimone reported on Google Places that no one was willing to help her on the phone and that she was "treated like she was stupid".  Sadly, there will be no consequences from this behavior as it is part of the culture of FHCSD.
