Another victim of FHCSD "one minute late" policy - "they are merciless"

Still another victim of FHCSD's brutal "one minute late" policy.   This one from parent Daniel Yohannes who made their child stay home from school but couldn't find parking and was five minutes late for his appointment at the City Heights Facility.   Posting on Google, Daniel made an observation many others have "They are merciless" he said.
