Disgusting and rude treatment in trying to make a mental health appointment


An FHCSD patient posting on Yelp under the screen name Mj S describes rude and incompetent behavior when she called to make a mental health appointment.  She was told that her primary insurance was United and even though she never had them as an insurance provider, FHCSD staff insisted they provide a termination letter.  She called United, and then have no records of her ever having insurance with them, so this was clearly the fault of FHCSD - but at FHCSD everything is always the patient's fault.  After massive time and effort, she got no help whatsoever from FHCSD staff. "This is disgusting behavior for people trying to get help with a mental health appointment setting" she concluded.
