Giving voice to victims of Family Health Centers of San Diego
Before you put the effort into filing a complaint about abusive treatment, incompetence, malpractice, billing fraud, violation of privacy, or whatever, you need to know that the "complaint system" of these organizations - especially the "Federally Qualified Health Centers" is hopelessly rigged. It's so bad in fact that it seems almost designed to take up the maximum amount of time and emotional effort with little or no reward.
A Big Problem
There are a few things you can do that will at least make them do the work, but first let's go over all the different places where you can file a complaint. I am listing all the agencies and organizations where I have filed complaints and none of them worked - so far, I have a 100 percent failure rate.
There is one thing you should notice just by scanning this list is that there are a huge number of places to complain. Which one is best - and which one should I use, you probably wonder. Right off the bat, you can see there is a big problem here. When you have 30 places to complain, it is the same as having no places to complain. Where is the data consolidated? How are the complaints processed. Will they be resolved" Will anyone help you?

Neighborhood erupts in outrage over Family Health Centers of San Diego's plans to exploit homeless in a highrise building. Apparently, FHCSD is unaware that cramming low-income residents into buildings like this was an experiment that failed in the 1960s https://t.co/SvPh15uRhy.
